Letters and Emails from Guests

Scott Shultz, Robinson Outdoors - Nov 2009:  "Dear Lorrie and Tony, Hi Oklahoma Friends! Happy Thanksgiving! On behalf of everyone that hunted with you last week at Turley Ranch, I wish to express our deepest and most heartfelt thanks and appreciation for an incredible hunting experience.  Tony and Lorrie, I can't tell you how wonderful the hunting experience was that you both provided to us.  Of course, some of the excitement was knowing that we were indeed hunting some really big deer, but in addition; the location, the setting, the beauty and accommodations of the ranch, all combined to create a really fun and enjoyable week for every person that was there.  All of us wish to say - Thank You!  With warmest personal regards, Scott"

Scott Grange, Browning - Dec 2009:  "Dear Lorrie and Tony, Thanks so much for another wonderful hunt.  Although everyone did not take a buck, it wasn't because they didn't have the chance.  As usual, the two of you knocked yourselves out for us and we certainly appreciate it.  Please convey our sincere appreciation to Mr. Turley for allowing us the opportunity to once again invade his little corner of the world and partake in the incredible treasures it holds.  It is truly a wonderful place. SG"

John Gwin - April 2010:  "I am John Gwin, age 69, born and reared in the Mississippi delta and have hunted all over this country.  For forty five years, I have been in Banking and Investments and have enjoyed many fine trips.  While I personally think The Lodge at Chama is the finest hunting destination in America, your Turley Ranch is surely in that class.I was there this past weekend for a Turkey Hunt with two of my best friends and wanted you to know just how much we enjoyed sharing for a few days your ranch.  Everything was perfect!  Lorrie, Tony and your other employees were outstanding in every way.  The lodge, food, and facilities could not have been improved upon.  Having grown up on a farm in Mississippi dreaming about cowboys and indians, I especially enjoyed the history of the area and just imagining the changes that have taken place on what is now your Turley Ranch.  It was a trip I will remember for the rest of my life.  We have already requested the same time next year when I, God willing, I will be back on The Turley Ranch."

Frank W Smith - May 2010:  "Along with a couple of friends, I had the opportunity to experience a turkey hunt at your lodge.  I want to compliment your associates at the lodge, as our experience was exceptional.  Tony and Lorrie were very accommodating, and are the kind of people I enjoy being around.  Angel's food was excellent, as was the service.  As a former President of the Mississippi Wildlife Federation, I am very conservation minded.  It is readily apparent that you and your staff share that mindset.  I especially appreciate the fact that your protocol is to provide quality hunts focusing on the "experience" rather than the kill.  By limiting the number of hunters you allow, you are able to provide that experience without pressuring your resource.  I look forward to my next trip to the Turley Ranch."
